Refund policy

Because rusks are a perishable food product, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases where:

  • You received the wrong product, or

  • The product was defective or unsafe on arrival.

All our rusks are baked and packaged with care to leave our kitchen in perfect condition. Due to the fragile nature of rusks, minor breakage or crumbs during transit may occur. This is considered normal and does not qualify for a refund or replacement.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Opened packaging

  • Taste preferences

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

If your order arrives significantly damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@craftedrusks.co.za with photos within 48 hours of delivery so we can assess and assist.
