Shipping Policy

At Crafted Rusks, we always bake and pack your order with care so it reaches you fresh and delicious.

Processing Times

• Orders are processed within 2–3 working days after payment is received.

• We bake in small batches, so during busy periods (holidays, promotions) processing may take a little longer.

Delivery Times

• Standard delivery usually takes 2–5 working days depending on your location in South Africa.

• Outlying or rural areas may take a few extra days.

• You will receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Costs

• Free delivery on all orders over R750.

• For orders under R750, the courier fee will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Packaging & Breakage

• Rusks are delicate and can break during transit. While we package carefully, minor breakage or crumbs are normal and do not qualify for a return or refund.

• If your order arrives significantly damaged, please email us within 48 hours at info@craftedrusks.co.za with photos so we can help.

Delivery Areas

• We currently deliver across South Africa only.

• Unfortunately, we cannot ship internationally at this stage.

Non-Delivery

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, it may be returned to us. Additional courier fees may apply for reshipment.
